Under rare circumstances, should the product packaging be damaged or there is some problem with the product itself please contact us with the pictures and batch number on the packaging of the damaged product. We will try to replace the product to our best ability. If the product is out of stock and we are unable to exchange it in a reasonable time, we will issue you a refund.
